What is a PLANNING ASSISTANT?
A career planning assistant is a professional who helps individuals navigate the process of planning and developing their careers. They work closely with clients to identify their interests, skills, and goals, and provide guidance and support in making informed decisions about their career paths.
Some of the responsibilities of a career planning assistant may include:
1. Conducting career assessments: Administering and interpreting career assessments and tests to help individuals gain insight into their skills, interests, and values.
2. Providing career counseling: Offering one-on-one guidance and support to clients in exploring different career options and setting career goals.
3. Researching career options: Assisting individuals in researching professions, industries, and job market trends to help them make informed decisions about their career paths.
4. Creating career development plans: Developing personalized career development plans based on clients' skills, interests, and goals, outlining the steps and resources needed to achieve them.
5. Reviewing resumes and cover letters: Assisting clients in preparing effective resumes, cover letters, and other application materials that highlight their qualifications and experiences.
6. Conducting mock interviews: Providing interview coaching and conducting mock interviews to help individuals improve their interview skills and gain confidence.
7. Offering job search strategies: Assisting clients in developing job search strategies, including networking, online job hunting, and utilizing resources such as job boards and professional organizations.
8. Providing ongoing support: Continuously supporting individuals throughout their career transitions and providing guidance and resources as needed.
To be successful as a career planning assistant, one should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and a good understanding of various industries and career paths. They should also stay updated about current job market trends and changes. A background in counseling, human resources, or a related field is often required for this role.

About Me/This Site
Hi, My name is Amy. I've been designing images for POD (Print-On-Demand) Sites for 14 years as a "side job". I started with CafePress in 2008, and RedBubble in 2022. I've been trying to bring as much as possible over to RedBubble. Shortly after starting with RedBubble, I discovered they were not allowing my designs/products to be index by Google and other search engines. I decided to create this site to try to get my RedBubble products seen by others. Especially those cute stickers!
